		<description>First of all, you don&#039;t need to know anything about Ruby to use Sass. You do need to have it installed, but that&#039;s it; the Sass language and the Ruby language are completely separate. Sass can be controlled entirely from the command line.

Second, Sass 3 (due to be released in a little under two weeks) is able to watch your Sass files and update the CSS whenever they change, meaning that you don&#039;t have to worry about doing something for every change you make.
